I do have the right to decline your commission depending on the situation and if I feel comfortable doing the commission.

I do plan to post my work on social media sites and discord, if there is a set timeframe that you wish for me to follow or if you need the emotes to be secret til a set day, anything like that or otherwise, please let me know ahead of time.

Commissions are to be used for personal use such as streaming on YouTube, Twitch, other streaming sites, and Discord.

I do not consent to my art being used for NFT/any type of cryptocurrency and have any relation or used for AI-Related Activities or used for teaching AI-Related Entities

If you plan to sell merch with the emotes I have drawn, please bring this to my attention for further instructions and discussion. The price can vary from +25%-50% increase to the project, depending on the situation and this is up to discussion, I will work with you.

Albeit, I will try my best to make the emote to your specifications but if the emotes get denied by Twitch or any other platform, there is nothing I can do in regards to this. Please bear this in mind.

As I progress I will provide you updates. You can make updates and changes to said emote itself until the coloring stage for major design changes. Once I get to coloring in the emote the edits will become more difficult and could become more difficult to do and if this happens could cause complications or delays. Fair warning I will confirm the drawing and color scheme first before proceeding and as well confirm the final product for incase there are any changes with the coloring or color scheme before sending the final product.

Time Frame can vary depending on how many emotes you get but I will get them done as quickly as possible, generally about 5 emotes a week. Fair Warning I have a Day Job and that does take quite a lot of my time. I will keep you up to date on the progress as time continues forward.

All emotes will have a watermark when providing the sketches and any updates being provided and the Watermark will be removed once payment has been received at the final update and completion of the project. I will send all emotes in a Zip File via Email, with the images with the resized images for uploading to like Twitch and watermark removed once payment is received.

All Emotes will be used within my own personal portfolio unless specified otherwise. This is something that can be discussed further and may be an upcharge to not include in the portfolio.

Once the files have been passed onto the client and everything has been finalized with designs, no refunds can be issued due to the nature of the item being digital. If there is ever a point in time that there is a chargeback of any kind, I will attempt to contact you in regards to the payment. If payment has not been received and the chargeback stands, the client that has issued the chargeback has lost the right to use the commissioned work and rights to the contents of the commission is forfeit.

If there is a rush needed for the emotes, I will try to accommodate and this will be extra if I am able to do so(it is dependent on my schedule and things like that) This is something that would need to be discussed within further detail.

To Be Transparent, I do wish to inform any potential and future clients that I use a a Emote Template Base by PeachiMoji found at https://www.etsy.com/shop/PeachiMoji and I have purchased the Commercial License for the emote packs that have also purchased from them.

Also for Tail Nom Commissions, the base has been purchased from Yoshii at https://ko-fi.com/yoshiiteru/shop. By purchasing the base they have given permission to be used for commission work. (Will be added to portfolio in the coming days)

Also bear in mind I am still learning and getting better as time goes on. Also per my portfolio the style and techniques used vary from project to project.

If I do not hear from the client within a month after sending a message on an update or any other details, the commission shall be placed on a hold and any progress will stop until I receive an update or information from said client and this hold can last for at least 2 more months, during this time I will try to make contact with the client, and if no further contact has been made, the commission will be marked as closed and will no longer be working on the project until further information or instruction is received the client and they will have to contact me first to resume.

With this in mind if you decide to commission me as your emote artist that means you have read and understood the Terms of Service mentioned above and that you accept these terms going forward.

All Prices will be in USD, and payment will be collected at the end of the project before providing the files without the watermark, as mentioned in the Terms of Service above.

Since payment is received at the end of the project and due to the digital nature of the request, refunds are not possible since the files are sent after payment is received and due to the nature of the item being digits, refunds are no longer possible at this point. I will get confirmation that everything is in good order before finalizing the payment and the transaction to avoid any complications.

Payment will only be accepted via PayPal and an Invoice will be provided to you to show what you are paying for and anything extra that applies.
